Sometimes I do a OAMC session but I usually just make a double portion of whatever I'm making for dinner and freeze the part we do not eat. This keeps me from spending extra time in the kitchen and allows me to have a yummy meal to eat later.

I love OAMC cooking, but don't always have the time so I do several mini OAMC sessions. I love your recipes and I can't wait to give them a try! Thanks for sharing!

I’m new to freezing meals and am having trouble finding out what to do once I make and freeze the recipe. Especially casserole type recipes. Do I thaw it and then microwave it? Do I thaw it and then recook in the oven. I can’t seem to find these answers. Some are obvious, like the single portion stuff (e.g the breakfast burritto) I know you just pop them in the microwave, but what about full meals. Please help. Love the website. Its my first visit here and I’ve already bookmarked it!
